Answer 18 (from what it says on the car)
Ts & Cs do not state Germany only and I was able to submit with UK postcode, and had Ihre Nachricht wurde erfolgreich gesendet. Vielen Dank! (Your message has been sent successfully. Many Thanks!)
Ts and Cs do state that you can be disqualified by using form entering software.
Winner is also responsible for picking up their Vehicle (I presume in Germany).

I presume if you win you would have to also pay import duty + VAT when bringing the car back to the UK
Then also pay to have the car changed to UK spec

Or you could sell it back to the dealer.Rational judgement, now, at this very moment.
Virtuous action, now, at this very moment.
(Wisdom, Courage, Self-control, Justice)
Willing acceptance - now, at this very moment - of what you can’t change0 -

Lets say the car is worth £10,000 - you would have to pay £2,000 VAT to bring it into the UK
You would then need to register it with DVLA to have in changed to UK plates and then pay for all the modifications required to make it compliant for the UK roads (new headlights, etc) ..... after all this, you would still have a Left Hand drive car that a lot of insurance companies won't touchRegistering Your Car in the UK
No matter where you are from, if you want to use your car permanently just taking the car to the UK is not enough. It must also adhere to specific standards and then be registered with the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA).
The car must be less than 10 years old (contact the DVLA for information on possible exemptions).
It must conform to European environmental and safety regulations.
It must correspond to UK construction and use regulations.
It must be consistent with the road vehicle lighting legislation.
For all used cars imported from EU countries this usually means that you need a certificate from the Vehicle Certification Agency. It states, for example, that the headlights have been adjusted, the car has a rear fog light, the speedometer shows both mph and km/h etc. This procedure is known as the Mutual Recognition scheme or Commission Notice Procedure.
If you (and more importantly your car) are not from an EU country, your vehicle must undergo an additional inspection: the Individual Vehicle Approval scheme (IVA). These tests ensure that your car conforms to British and European environmental and safety standards.
To register your car at last, please bring the following documents in their original form to your local DVLA office:
an identity document (e.g. a valid passport)
proof of your current address (e.g. a utility bill or recent bank statement)
the completed application form(s): V55/4 and V267 for new vehicles, V55/5 for used vehicles
proof of British motor insurance (third-party insurance is the legal minimum!)
a specific import form from HMRC (for imported cars only)
all your registration papers from abroad (for imported cars only)
so-called evidence of type approval (i.e. certificates from the Mutual Recognition and IVA schemes)
a current British MOT certificate: This is a standard automobile test from the Ministry of Transport, which is not identical with the other inspections for foreign cars as described above. Find out more by contacting the Vehicle & Operator Services Agency. Their hotline number is 0300-123-9000 for calls from within the UK.
£55 for administrative fees (and additional payment of vehicle taxes)
If you own a car or would like to buy one in the UK, our article Advice for Car Owners in the UK has more information on buying, renting, and leasing a car as well as paying your vehicle tax.Yes, I know there is no "R" in the word dream in my username - it was setup in memory of my grandson :A0 -

Alternatively fly out to Germany, spend a week there maybe and sell it on, in Germany. No fussing with UK laws then and most likely a tidy sum.
I haven't entered btw just thinking around the problems.63 mortgage payments to go.

This is the word you need to look out for in your emails
Glückwünsche
It doesn't seem to have the same ring to it as Congratulations.Thrifty Till 50 Then Spend Till the End
You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time but you can never please all of the people all of the time0
