I rent a car from Miami via CarTrawler but the car agency did not hava a car I ordered. So I paid extra to them and returned the car next day (I did have to get my hotel 70 miles away). Agency told all will be fine so I did assume I will get the rest of my money back. Wrong!
CarTrawler told me they will not refund cause it is not their faulf I did not get my car. The agency told they can´t refund cause it was a voucher and CarTrawler is the one who has charged my credit card.
So nobody is not taken resposibility, I has lost over 400 usd and I did not have a car. This is really annoying, who´s resposibility is this???????????

Might I suggest that a post on a US website may get better information than you might in the UK.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

On the contrary, I think it is very useful to UK as well as mainland Europe readers that this company goes in for the same kind of shady practice on the other side of the Atlantic.0 -
