Grattan catalogue company

uuugh i'm fumming, i placed my first order over the phone to grattan it was just some jeans but as a new customer i get 20% off and a free blender thingy. the kind lady checked the stock for me and said it would be 3-4 working days (item ordered 19th April)
I got my invoice through so i had a physical customer number to register online and view my account details and to my amazement my jeans were out of stock, i called cust services and they said the jeans would be in on 1st of may !!!!! i wrote an email of complaint to grattan and got the general email back from them.
the next time i checked online the jeans order had dissapeared! so i called again on bank holiday monday and they said the jeans have now come in and they would be dispatched within a couple of days but i would still have to wait 3-4 days delivery.
I checked the order today and they are not in stock!!!! so i call up and they tell me they are due in on the 4th june!!!!
so after 2 emails to customer services and about 4 calls to cust services i have just cancelled the whole order.

Now the only problem is i have no jeans and want to order some from a catalogue company but I don't know which ones are part of the grattan chain (or the company that owns them?)

any help?

freemans are part of grattan now..
Those we love don't go away,They walk beside us every day,Unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still loved, still missed and very dear
Our thoughts are ever with you,Though you have passed away. And those who loved you dearly,
    Are thinking of you today.

Part of the Furniture 10,000 Posts Name Dropper Combo Breaker
DW has had this sort of thing happen with virtually every catalogue company so I am guessing that Grattens are no worse or better than any of the others.

you are very lucky you actually received your order tullula, i got my free gift and nothing more, i have since ordered from freemans who's service was impeccable at this time and la redoute are usually very good,
Also if you are that annoyed with grattan and you want to finidh with them, i'd send the item back and order from another company

    this is very strange,

I've been a grattan customer for i'd say at least 10 years and never had any probelms ata ll.

Don't let it put you off, i think they're ok, give them another chance
