I work 15.5 hours a week, can I get WTC

I am able to get overtime. Iv worked out I need an extra 26

My contract ips 12 hours at work but I do overtime. If you average out 16 hours you can claim wtc. I do myself and just had to send all wage slips ect and they wrote back to say it's all absolutely fine! But you definable can average it out 100% certain
