I had a look today, private sellers are still a bit it thin on the ground compared to dealers. Anyway, it's FREE for private sellers to list and sell a car here. This site should gain traction over time. Needless to say, if as a buyer you find a car you like, it's caveat emptor after that.

Something to do with rac.nl which looks like a dodgy domain placeholder, so the RAC is doing itself no favours.
However this page http://www.rac.co.uk/press-centre/press-releases/rac-cars-launches-free-advertise-used-car-market does have a direct link to Raccars. Go figure.0
