Yeah once they have your money, you will be chasing . Their md doest really care alsoDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

OP I can tell you all you need to know about new build issues! I went to hell and back with mine....
Tiles not level, doorways damaged, radiators damaged, no insulation in some walls, toilets didn't flish properly, kitchen design against health and safety etc etc.
I feel your pain. I wrote to about 5 people demanding compensation as after 2 years I'd got fed up of having things fixed and going wrong again. I got nowhere other than getting some of the stuff fixed.
My house builder was Lovell, who were truely shocking.
My recommendation is just keep on at them to get the stuff fixed, then draw a line under it and started enjoying it. I let it ruin my experience, don't let it ruin yours.0 -
Oh, and learn never to buy a new build again! I've Definately learnt that one the hard way.0
