Silent alarm clock?

I have an environmentally friendly alarm.
Woken regularly by my cat jumping on the bed - if that fails loud purring in my ear but that wouldn't meet your silent requirement.
A drawback in that the cat can't be programmed and is present to 0430.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -

I hate ticking clocks and alarm clocks. The non-digital battery powered ones are terrible. I can't sleep with them in the same room!!
Will have to look up Acctim clocks0 -
I recently bought an alarm clock for my DD from the store called Tiger. Not sure where you live but in London (where I am) it is easy to find these stores. It is only £4 and was surprised that it had the sweeping arms and no tick tocking. However if the alarm goes off it is quite loud. Really loud!!! It looks like the olden days alarm clocks and comes in pink and red colours.SPC 08 - #452 - £415

Sadly no cats allowed
I live in a tiny flat with no outside area. I'd feel mean getting a cat only for it to look outside at all the trees and foxes and other cats from the houses nearby, and then have to stay inside all day listening to the neighbours dogs barking nonstop.
But I'd love a cat....Go camping to reset your bodyclock

I think this could possibly make my sleep worse! I'm so squeamish I'd be up all night too worried about bugs to sleep! I have had my sleeping issues since I was tiny- when I was a baby my mum said I spelt all the time (more than other babies) and now I can't sleep! I have medication to help when it gets too bad (natural meds not any of the opioids which I have taken in the past).
I quite often will go without sleep for an entire night- I hate nights like those because I can't sleep and just stay awake thinking too much. It's not rare for that to happen about once a week. I have curtains which don't block the light though so think the idea of the sun waking me already happens If I could afford black-out curtains I would but I worked out the cost for my many windows (one roomed flat) would set me back around £300 if I'm willing to do a lot of the drilling and etc myself.Baby_Angel wrote: »I recently bought an alarm clock for my DD from the store called Tiger.
