British Gas Click Energy 3
Any update on people's experience on this product? Seems like the IT systems of BG isn't that up to scratch? Given this is an internet product, that seems worrying!
I can save around £50 pounds a year switching to this but I don't want to risk it if this is more trouble than it is worth

I am with BG Click energy 3, I switched 3 months ago, am on direct debit. I was in credit with them, so i cancelled my DD and they sent me a cheque when i requested and now i am gonna reset my DD again. No problems so far. I havent had any problems with customer service either. I find them rather cheap and good.
Guess i have found my ways with them, When i joined BG i had signed for standered tarrif, when i was offered 40 pound credit after 3 months, I asked the girl i signed up with that i wanna change to click energy, she said i can do that online. I did that before my supply started. After 3 months when i received my bill no 40 pound credit  , I was mad and called them, they said i cant have credit and click evergy 3 terrif together. Hmmmm well i was not gonna let my 40 pond slip off me so i said no one told me it works that way when i asked i was going to change to click energy 3. Well it took a few calls but i have got 40 ponds credit in my account and a cheque is on the way. They could have just say no but they did not.
So i find them very good, lot better than powergen who was sending me huge bills and very confusig as well.0
