Recovering something ccleaner wiped???

Hi,
I ran ccleaner and forgot to set it to exclude cookies from a certain website, i've now lost the log-in information is there a way i can recover it, help please

Take to your local PC shop and see if they can help, might be expensive though for what it is. Some sites will send your login information back to you if you put in the email address you registered with.
