Home insurance does "rebuild" cover clearing the land?

Just had a look at the one from TSB and it just says "The rebuilding cost for insurance is £xxxx" hmm0 -
If your sum insured is double the rebuilding cost on the survey, does it matter if it includes site clearance costs?0

Budget up to 10% on top of the nominal rebuild value. Less if the house doesn't have asbestos- maybe around 8%0
