Afternoon folks!
We're getting married in October, jut before half term and we're looking for some inspiration for a cheapy holiday four ourselves and our son.
We've been to Malta and Ibiza before in October but the weather was hit and miss. We want sun!
Canaries and Greece are coming up...any thoughts?
thanks!

Look at Sharm El Sheikh, the Canaries and Cyprus.
There are a lot of flights to TFS, Tenerife from the Uk so picking unpopular flights for a 5 or 6 night holiday would bring the price down and you would still have a lovely honeymoon for the memory bank.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0 -
Canaries would be a good bet weather wise but with it being half term it will be expensive (as will most places unfortunately)
Greece would be cheaper but weather would be hit and miss especially in the more northern islands like corfu and zante but crete or Rhodes might be a better bet. The main problem with Greece is that it's a summer only resort so you'll find a lot of places start to close down and there's not as much going on
We've been to southern Spain a few times in October (Costa Almeria and Costa del Sol) and the weather is always good and price wise it would likely be cheaper than the canaries plus everything will still be open.Lea

Dubai for guaranteed sun, would you consider Gambia as I've been told it's hot and cheap, plus it's seaside too.
*Disclaimer you will see me !!!!! and moan about the Dubai "beaches" which I hate! But I'd still come over for the shopping and cultural experience.0
