Just out of interest- If you had to name your favourite account, that works best in your favour what would you choose and why?
It could be savings/ current account/ ISA..... anything
It could give you best interest, monthly reward, or benefits like insurance etc
What financially is your best account?

Nationwide Flexplus account. Costs me £10 per month but pays 3% and gets me far more in benefits I need than the cost.
Other account is credit card, Barclaycard cashback pays me over £100 per year just for normal spending.Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0 -
I'd say Halifax Reward. Consistently paying £60 per year per account since 2010, plus the occasional £100 switching bonus. Added to that I can get another £60 per year through the Halifax Clarity Reward credit card (and zero-commission overseas spending). I've made over £1,000 from them over the lifetime of my accounts.0

My investment ISA. Since 2007, almost 8.5% annualised return. Admittedly this is looking at one of the best times in recent years for valuation purposes, but this is what will hopefully pay off my mortgage eventually! It also helps me qualify for my bank's preferential status, which includes a few nice perks like travel insurance but nothing I'd actually want to pay premium account fees for.I am a Chartered Financial Planner

True - to some extent the account itself is irrelevant (in fact it's transferred twice since inception now), but I thought it was quite relevant given the long term potential.I considered choosing mine, but I wouldn't want to attribute the performance to the account itself.I am a Chartered Financial Planner

They said favourite (one) account!!!
My favourite was the Aqua cashback credit card that offered perfect exchange rates and 3% back when I lived in Spain for 8 months. As a student with no income I was quite smug that no better status/credit file/money could have got a better card for that job.0 -
I'd go with the Halifax Reward too.I'd say Halifax Reward. Consistently paying £60 per year per account since 2010, plus the occasional £100 switching bonus. 4 Reward accounts (3 since launch in Feb 2009, and 1 since Oct 2009) means I've made nearly £1,500 so far.
Add in 3 switching incentives and that's nearly £1,700 in total.0
