Thanks donny-gal
He wears a collar with our info on it, but we always use a harness when we go out. He's chipped, neutered and insured - all ready to go

Morning everyone.
Horrible weather here, windy and rainy and considerably colder than yesterday.
DH and myself had an awful nights' sleep - or lack of it, we both felt very hot and humid - we both think we didn't get the nasty conditions forecast yesterday and got them in the night instead. Woke up with a really mussy (sp?) head - have had several drinks and some painkillers, it's now starting to shift. Also felt really congested in my nose and ears and I wasn't like that yesterday - it just come on in the night.
Dinner last night was egg, bacon, black pud, has browns, mushrooms, and beans, toast. Needed to use up the bacon, there's still some left so we'll be having pasta with bacon and mushroom in it with creme fraiche for dinner tonight - no bacon will get wasted that way.
We'll be doing some de-cluttering today, going to start to try to sell stuff that we no longer want/need - we have so much stuff everywhere!
Have a good weekend everyone x

Morning all just done my menus for the rest of the month As I have quite a few trips out where I shan't be cooking I have only 10 dinners to actually make between now and the end of the month so I am quite pleased about that as a lot of the stuff I will get from my freezer stocks.I am out tomorrow afternoon at W8rose as I have a £6.00 off voucher to use up againsta £30.00 shop so I shall get a few basics and some fruit and veg and maybe some goodies then fingers crossed that will be my shopping done for April
:):)I am hoping to stash some more left over cash from my food purse again this month.trying to eat my way through my food mountain
:):) I didn't realise how much stuff had accumulated in the cupboards. Still it means less time shopping and more time doing what I enjoy instead
Hope you all have a good day
Cheers chums

Weather now turned brighter here, so fingers crossed for Elona as we are not too far away.

Hello everyone,
It was raining earlier but is now bright and sunny, not sure how warm it is outside, but will be going out shortly to take DS to work, he is doing a 12 hour shift, so should keep him out of trouble:rotfl:
I want to pop to L*dl to get some more veg seeds, I've been watching River Cottage so am inspired!
Elona I hope you have a wonderful day and the weather is kind to you.
Csarina hope DH gets well soon.
Hugs to Candlelight and her DD.

Managed to plant six strawberry plants before retreating back indoors...by gum that wind was fierce and freezing. I put the plants in three different places to see which is best for them.
Apart from that I've just sat by the fire reading. I picked up 'Elizabeth is missing' by mistake and have been riveted by it. So different and yet so well written.
Turned out to be baked chicken and pancetta for lunch. Got pea and ham soup for tonight.0
