Hi I've just opened a save to buy isa with nationwide. I want to also consider getting the new government scheme in August , another save to buy isa. I opened the one with nationwide before the new tax year. Can I open the new government one in August. I know Martin has said you can't open a cash isa, but what about the save to buy isa ?
