Competition terms and conditions.
The Sunny D Facebook Photo competition runs from April 7 to April 14. The user is to upload a photo of their Sunny D moment on Facebook. The ten photos with the most votes will be the lucky winners. Participants must be of a minimum age of 18 years and live in the UK. This contest is not associated, managed or sponsored by Facebook. The participant provides information to Sunny D, not to Facebook.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data
protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
Winners will be contacted within 7 days. Any winner giving no response within 7 days after sending notice of its gain will be deemed to renounce it and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner.
Ten winners will be picked on 14 April 2015. The competition closes at 12 noon on 14 April 2015 and the winners will be picked and announced by 4pm.Rational judgement, now, at this very moment.
