Nice try Three, but no coconut.

A few days ago I rang Three about our two 10GB mobile broadband 30 day contracts. During the call the adviser said they could do 2*15GB for and extra £1.98 per month. Then he tried to slip in that it was a 24 month contract. I told him that was no good, the longest I wanted was a 30 day contract which he said he could do.
Two days later I check online and see that both are down as 24 month contracts so I rang to complain. I was told that the person who would deal with it had gone home but he would call me today at 14.00.
Me "well I doubt that will happen. Tell him to listen to the recording of the call and it is clear this should be a 30 day contract. I know how easy it is for large companies to lose recordings so if he needs it I have a recording I can email to him"
Needless to say no-one rang so I rang them just now and asked them to confirm the minimum term date on both contracts, 5 May 2015 on both.
Result, I now have a recording of that as well
