Have a look at my Collect+ tracking

I should say this is the first time I've had had problems with them after sending 30+ parcels in the last couple of years, but also that they're absolutely useless at getting this sorted, having been "looking into this" for days with absolutely no result. Told me to let the retailer know(it's a returns parcel) and let them deal with "Collect+ directly- which I did with no luck. Don't even know what I'm supposed to do now.
