changing font in adobe pdf

[STRIKE]i'm typing in adobe XI but can't find out how to change the font size. in the help section it says it says you can change font size in the 'format' section. i can't find a 'format' section

any ideas?[/STRIKE]

    Why? Its best (and easiest) to format your document in a word processor first as that is what they are good at, then convert to PDF.

    Aha, that info would have been useful ;-)
    You shouldn't change the font then, it will be formatted on the server side.

    Are you just trying to make the font characters look bigger on your screen?
    If so, click somewhere within the window, hold down one of the Ctrl keys, and roll the mouse-wheel up or down, to give the size you want.

    There would also be a magnify option within Adobe Reader.

    If that's not what you want to do, just ignore me! :(
