I just received an email from the accountable manager (who lives in France and rarely visits) telling me that he has investigated the matter and has found no evidence of me being victimised or treated unfairly.
I'm guessing his investigation consisted of him talking to the chief engineer who is obviously going to say he treated me fairly. I said that I would take the matter further if I had to and he has asked me for all my supporting documentation to support my view. Well, I don't really have any do I. I was spoken to and treated like dirt but how do I prove that? I can't so maybe I just have to give up. These people are multi multi millionaires, there is no way I can stand up against them and win.0
