Cannot get a refund!

Hi
Just after a bit of advice if anyone can offer it.
We have had a bit of a problem with an online company. We purchased some taps and a couple of other bits. 4 items in total.
2 items turned up on time but they advised us the other 2 products would be despatched separately and would take a couple more days.
A few days after the first 2 products arrived I received some further products but clearly the wrong order as it was far more than we ordered and all the wrong items. I contacted the company and they arranged for collection the next day.
A few days later we had still not received the correct products. i contacted them a further 2 times chasing it up and I just kept getting told it was on the way. They finally told me the delivery would be on a specific day and when again they did not arrive I decided to cancel the order. I contacted them by email and over the phone and they told me they would process a refund.
The next day the parcel actually arrived. I decided that since I had told them I no longer wanted the product I would not accept the delivery from the courier so the parcel was returned to the supplier.
I have since contacted them twice and have been told the refund has been processed but could take a few days to go back onto the card.
I have sent numerous emails but have just been ignored. I finally decided to write to them and sent a letter special delivery to the address listed on their website.
The letter was signed for but then returned to myself the next day saying not at this address.
Does anyone know what the best way to go about getting my refund is?
Just to let you know the 2 items were both under £100 so the section 75 claim doesn't apply.
I would also be keen to know who I can complain to that they are advertising false contact details on their website.
Thanks in advance.
Chris.

Whats the company name? Are they a ltd company? Is the registered address different from the address you have (that you sent the letter to)?You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0
