So who do we think was pulling FLife's strings when he or she posted on 13 April, the same day that Friends Life became part of Aviva ?

    Hi Agarnett,

Thanks for your posts please accept our apologies for the delay in getting back to you. We've spoken to our new colleagues at Friends Life and they have asked us to contact you on their behalf. Would you be able to email us at social@aviva.co.uk with the details of your issue along with the following details for security purposes:

    Full name
    Date of birth
    Post code
    Policy number

We will then be able to pass the details over to Friends Life and they can investigate for you. If you could also include your MSE username in your email so we can link your email to your MSE post it will really help.

We look forward to hearing from you.

    Kind regards

    Dave
