Apologise if this has been asked before, but there's a lot of stuff on here!
I have an iPad 3, had it for 3/4 years without any problems. I use Safari browser.
I use it for online banking with Barclays and recently I am having problems as it keeps saying Safari network lost or something. I have another online bank account which works without problems plus thousands of websites I have surfed over the years, none have showed this problem.
I understand other people have this problem with different sites. Is it likely to be a Safari problem rather than Barclays? How do I resolve it, should I change browsers and if so, which one?
Thanks for reading

Barclays website can be flaky at times, they've had a few botched updates in recent months. Dont know if this is connected to a new quirk they've introduced or something else but for months I wasnt able to do certain things on the desktop version of the site when using Chrome on my computer with their advice being either (a) use another browser or (b) use the mobile site even though your on a desktop as it was a known issue after they did an update.
Any reason for not wanting to use their App instead of the website?0 -
Thanks for the replies. I don't use the app because you need a mobile phone which I don't have.
I tried Chrome and got onto the bank site without any problems0
