Mortgage offer finally through, so thankful for that, very soon I will no longer be financially tied to the ex.
Been very spend recently decided dd1 can have everyone from her class to her party, first and last time. She's almost 7.
Vouchers for light water valley £14, had a great day there last sun.
Went over to xscape today for dd1s bday presents. Got dd3 Clark's shoes £20. Dd1 trespass coat £35. I don't scrimp on coats and shoes. Played 18 hole crazy golf with voucher £8.50 for three of us.HOME

Our Trespass and Winter Ski gear all comes from TKMAXX if you have one near you? They are usually a season out, but bargainous.
The other outlet that does awesome winter wear and has a permanent sale is Mountain Warehouse - youngest is doing horses at Uni, and most of her coats come from there now.1 -
Great news about the mortgage offer. You can blast through the mortgage independently now!June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!1

Thanks for the tips. I'm luck to have a tkkmaxx and moiutain warehouse within walking distance. Dd1s mountain warehouse coat has already done two years not bad for a 6 year old and its still immaculate so will be passing on to dd2.HOME

Not sure I'll be blasting, but thanks for the vote of confidence.t will be nice to 'own' my own home. Definitely would like the mortgage gone in 10 years, not sure if its achievable but reach for the moon, land in the stars etc.HOME

Bought two Christmas presents today yay. £30
Paid £157 to the electrician to sort out wiring which caused cooker to set on fire at the rental.
£35 for 7 dance lessons.
Avoided top up shop still eating out of freezer, literally frozen veg, a lasagne and cod left now emptiest its been for a while. Intend to food shop tomorrow as its been a fortnight although spent £65 on top ups, two meals out last week. Mostly entertainment but still excessive.HOME

Food shopping last night spent £30, have loads of veg though. My freezer is full again:rotfl:
Spent £45 on school photos this week, but two will do as Christmas gifts.
No spend day.
Tomorrow need to buy nappies and wipes.
I'm struggling to get girls up for school, but also struggling to get them to bed, us all sharing a room isn't ideal and isn't helping. Trying staggered bed times. I do have them in bed by half seven, wake them at 7 so they do get enough sleep its just a struggle.
Had a barney with ex, as feel he's stringing me along emotionally although I'm keeping my distance. I've been feeling really sorry for him, but I've found out he's seeing someone so don't feel sorry for him anymore.HOME
