Post Office Questionnaire

I am trying to fill out an on-line questionnaire from the Post Office - that offers you a chance to win a £250 voucher in a prize draw.
It came on the back of a TRACK and TRACE receipt from a parcel that I sent yesterday
But the on-line form doesn't accept the post code of the PostOffce that I sent it from - I have tried upper/lower case/space between characters etc.
So I used the on-line HELP facility to send an email to the PO to inform them of this and received back confirmation email from
c/o EMPATHICA INC. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY SWEEPSTAKES

I don't hold out much hope of winning !!
