PCN Parking Eye Morrisons Reigate

Received a PCN yesterday for the above car park. Apparently we were 35mins over the 2hr limit and receive an £85 fine (reduced to £50 if paid within 28 days of issue - although a week of that has gone because it only came through the post yesterday).
What I would like to know is what I admit in the letter?
- I didn't realise it was 2hrs. It's not my regular Morrisons, my local store has a 3hr time limit.
- The letter is asking for proof of purchase from Morrisons. I paid cash (for lunch in the cafe and for a few bits of shopping) and I don't tend to keep the receipts for food!
- The store is situated next to a park, which I took my toddler to after shopping. Unfortunately my lo refused to leave the park and it took a while to get her out!
It seems a bit excessive for a 35 min overstay

I can assure you its not a "fine" , it wont say that word anywhere on the paperwork either , its an invoice
read and follow the NEWBIES sticky thread ( why have you not read it yet ?) , appeal using the template letter , add any redacted receipts or bank statements that prove patronage of the shop
complain to Morrissons too, if necessary, their head office (ceo is David Potts) , add any redacted receipts or bank statements that prove patronage of the shop (or of the same retailer, anywhere in the country)0 -
Not a fine, it's an inviatation to pay! Which i wouldn't. I would only ever pay a PCN if from a council operative, not one of these silly little firms.Plan: [STRIKE]Finish off paying the remainder of my debts[/STRIKE].
[STRIKE]Save up for that rainy day[/STRIKE].
Start enjoying a stress debt free life.....now enjoying. thanks to all on MSE0
