family protection do i really need this!

When i am getting quotes for home insurance they keep adding £20.00 for family protection, does anyone know if i really need this?

    Like any insurance, it can prove useful if you meet the criteria. I have known people successfully use it. Personally, I dont have it.

    You decide on the risk and if its worth it or not.

  • Do you mean family legal protection? If so check that its not already covered under any other insurance that you have as its quite offered as an add on for car insurance and things like that.
