Understanding Defaults

Morning Guys, I've tried searching but can't exactly find an answer.
To cut a long story short I am a victim of Identity Theft my Mother used my name to get Catalougue Credit, and i'm in the process of getting this sorted, however I have a question.
Anyway she started re-paying the debt at an agreed £33.00 per month with the DCA in January 2013, before that date she didn't pay it so the account had a red marker/default on my Credit Report.
Since January 2013 she has been paying the agreed £33 per month to the DCA and has not missed a payment at all, however on my Credit Report it is still showing every single month since that a new red default has been added every month since January 2013? Is this correct even though she is paying montly now?
I thought the last default marker should be January 2013 or is that not the case? Shouldn't it be a green marker for every month paid?
Thanks

Yes, it should show a default marker every month.
Monthly status codes show how you are paying against the original agreement, not any informal one agreed with a debt collector afterwards. The original agreement defaulted and it stays that status from now onwards.
It's not a new default, just a status update on the original, so is normal and doesn't affect anything, as that is just the convention on how these things are displayed.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Have you contacted the police?"Facism arrives as your friend. It will restore your honour, make you feel proud, protect your house, give you a job, clean up the neighbourhood, remind you of how great you once were, clear out the venal and the corrupt, remove anything you feel is unlike you... [it] doesn't walk in saying, "our programme means militias, mass imprisonments, transportations, war and persecution."0

Once the date it defaulted is 6 years old it will drop off, if you haven't reported it as fraud that's your credit trashed for 6 years. Getting a mortgage, loans or credit card will now be a problem as it looks like you struggle to manage credit.0
