I have 2 defaults on my credit file.
1) For barclaycards
2) For MBNA
These have since been passed off to DCA's.
I believe these are incorrect and should be removed. Should i send my SRA requests to the banks or the DCA? The defaults on my account are shown from the DCA
The dca in question are arrow global and capquest.

Incorrect for what reason?
Mostly a SAR would only be appropriate to the original creditor if you are disputing something factual about the original they would have put on before it got changed to the DCA, but on some issues could be to the DCA if a reporting error or dispute is their end.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

It is also relevant as to whether the debt has been sold on, or just referred to a DCA for collection by the original creditor. We need to know a bit more as Fermi says..0
