ParkingEye Morrisons Neath / Port Talbot

Apologies if this has been brought up previously but I am in need of some advice please.
I recently have been issued a fine by ParkingEye stating I have overstayed the allotted time at Morrisons car park in Neath(picture of my car in letter). I have gone through their website, appealed and uploaded a picture of 2 parking tickets as proof I purchased from the car park machine (realised I was going to be longer than 1 hour so went back out and purchased another 1hour ticket).
I have now been issued another letter this time asking for proof of a receipt and or bank statement of me shopping in morrisons. Unfortunately I did not keep the receipt and payed in cash so not on bank statement
surely the parking tickets I purchased (and left with plenty of time left) is enough?
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks

Have they sent a POPLA code with the rejection of your appeal.I do Contracts, all day every day.0

nothing else you can do if you dont have the proof required, so wait for a popla code and maybe complain to the BPA too
complain to Morrissons, get them to cancel it asap (no idea why you have not done this already)
if necessary, complain to David Potts himself and give them copies of the parking tickets you purchased on the day, as proof0 -
I would not mess about with them, you sent them proof of payment which they ignored.
If they have not sent a POPLA code go straight to the BPA and demand they order them to send one then POPLA them.
If they have sent a POPLA code just POPLA them with the template adjusted for your needs.
Morrisons profits nose dived since they decided to contract parking firms to time customers and they are too stupid to make the connection.
Taxis wont even pick up at Morrisons around here and everyone who does not own a car now shops at Asda where you can get a taxi.
The taxi drivers refuse to enter the car park.
Great Idea Morrisons.I do Contracts, all day every day.0 -
Thanks for the advice, I am writing a complaint to morrisons right now.
No Popla code with this letter, it asks for further evidence.0 -
get onto morrissons and complain to the BPA(who will probably wash their hands of it as its on hold awaiting proof of patronage)
if you get a landowner cancellation, its the end of it, hence complaining to David Potts0 -

No Popla code with this letter, it asks for further evidence.
Then it is a rejection, they have two options, uphold or reject and supply a POPLA code.
Contact the BPA and demand they order them to give you a popla code.I do Contracts, all day every day.0
