Natwest Packaged Account

After reading in your email about claiming back on packaged bank accounts, I printed out the template letter from the website and sent it off to Natwest. My partner had opened the account in 2001 and was paying until 2009, within a week we had a letter back saying they had received our letter and we would hear from them within 3 weeks.
Natwest didn't disappoint and we had £1300 put into our bank within the 3 weeks, all the fees back plus interest! Couldn't of been happier as we were going away for the weekend to Kent the following weekend, and the ol' man even got down on one knee and proposed!! The money couldn't of come at a better time!
So thank you Martin!!
