Opening a Spreasheet without Updating

Hi All,
I have a spreadsheet with formula on it, however I don't want it updated immediately upon opening, I usually have the option to "Enable Data" which once selected updates the information, however this is gone. How can I rectify this?

Solved, I had to close down all other spreadsheets in order for this function to work.0
