    Hi all,

So I received the refund of the bed, but the seller says he won't refund delivery or return costs, despite the item being damaged on arrival
Is that legal? From what I read from the distance selling regs, they have to issue a FULL refund, including delivery charges, still a bit unsure on the return postage costs though.

I find consumer laws quite toothless so companies tend to do what they want and you'll probably have to take them to court to get your rights whereby you still be lucky to come away with what you were scammed in the first place - so they have no actual additional loss by waiting for court action
When will the "Edit" and "Quote" button get fixed on the mobile web interface?

I'm surprised you haven't made up an offence to help him out. Can't you get the fraud act to cover it?
