IVA Letter Template Please

Hi All,

I have completed my IVA (yay), have received my completion certificate and am now in the process of cleaning up my credit file so that once everything has dropped off my credit file after the 6th year (which will be 07/07/2015) I can start thinking about getting in shape to apply for a mortgage.

I have signed up to Experian and have checked all of the default dates. Some of them are out from a few days, up to a few months, so just wanted to get this sorted :o)

I have been searching for the template letter to get these dates corrected, but I cannot seem to find it. Does anyone have either a link they can send me or copy it into the post?

Many Thanks for help in advance
