DICKINSON’S REAL DEAL COMPETITION: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY



Opening/closing date & time:



· Competition in relation to “Dickinson’s Real Deal” programme (the “Programme”) opens for entries via PRTS, SMS and post as promoted in the Programme.

· Competition closes for entries via PRTS and SMS at 9.30 a.m. as stated in the programme. Competition closes for postal entries at 5.00 p.m. no less than 3 working days after the closing date and time for entries via PRTS and SMS.



Winner selection date:



Within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries.



How to enter & cost of entry:



· PRTS Phone - call 0904 16 19 222 and follow the instructions given on the PRTS phone line to answer the competition entry question; up to thirty seven (37) entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will receive a third entry into the Competition without charge (based on the same details as submitted in the second call). For each subsequent call from the same phone number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their call). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. Each call costs no more than £1.54 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.

· SMS text – send a SMS text to 88323 with A, B or C to indicate your answer to the question; up to 37 entries per phone number. Entrants who send a second SMS text entry using the same mobile number by the closing date and time will receive a third entry into the Competition without charge (based on the same details submitted in their previous paid entry). For each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. Each of the SMS entrant’s chargeable SMS text entries costs £1.50 plus one standard network rate message. If you do not want to receive SMS marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your SMS text entry.

· Post – send your entry on a postcard or on or within an envelope specifying your name and a contact telephone number (including area code if providing a landline number), as well as your answer to the competition entry question as indicated in the Programme to the address given in the Programme. The format of the address will be: DRD (plus four digit code as specified in the Programme), PO Box 7558, Derby, DE1 0NQ. Entries received on anything other than a postcard or envelope will not be accepted. In the case of multiple entries received in an envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. Sufficient postage must be paid – any entries without sufficient postage will be discounted. The Promoter and producers bear no responsibility for any entry that is incorrectly submitted, lost or received after the closing date, or damaged in any way.



For the purposes of this Competition, the 30 entries in Clause 7.3 of the General Terms shall be deleted and replaced with 40 entries.



Please note that incorrect PRTS and SMS entries will still be charged (where applicable).



Prize:



The prize is a variable cash amount made payable in the name of the entrant only by cheque. A signature may be required upon delivery.
