Help need please rewiring burglar alarm

Hi I have just upgraded my Honeywell Optima burglar alarm panel, PIRS and Bell box.
New system is Honeywell logic six panel and Honeywell IS-215T PIRS
Utilizing existing 4 core wiring to door contacts and PIRS ( + red, - black, yellow & blue

I have the following 7 cables 28 wires to connect to the panel

1 no entry / exit door contact zone 1
1 no PIR in Garage zone 2
2 door contacts zone 3
3 PIRS zone 4

I am Ok with the wiring to the bell box to the panel, but could do with some advice on the reconnection of wires from the door contacts and PIRS within the panel

Any help or advice would be most welcome
