I recently used Cdkeys and I had to provide a phone number to verify the purchsse and it appears I did the same with the same purchase.
0sc4r, what you could do is get a Three/Giffgaff payg sim and use that as a number to use for cd keys etc.0 -
Used CD keys for years, no problems with them, they always seem to have great prices.0

the good thing with paypal is you can get a refund if the seller cant prove they have sent you the item. there was another site like cd keys i forgot what it was called. but i had bought PSN subs for £10 cheaper i recieved it in no time0
