Hi, I hope someone can help. I have googled but cannot find the answer and am confused. I have just discovered Netflix and would like to watch it on TV via my tablet, but cannot find a suitable HDMI cable. I learned I could do it via chromecast, but already have Plex set up via a Now box.
I cant get Netflix on Plex. Is that correct?
I cannot find out how to set up a HDMI connector on this tablet. I do already have a 30 Pin to Female USB Adapter OTG Cable which
I used to transfer files elsewhere. Could I get a USB to HDMI to cable to use with this ?
If anyone can point me in the right direction, I would be very grateful.
Thank you

Does it not work via Samsung's Allshare app? I can beam movies to my Panasonic smart tv via wifi, no cables needed.
I don't have Netflix so can't try it.0 -

I have the GTP5100 and from memory when I looked into do this found that there's no HDMI output on this model.... Samsung sell a cable that connects to the 30pin socket and connects to a HDMI socket on a TV but it won't apparently work with this model, only previous Tabs
One possible option is to use something like Chromecast - a £30 HDMI dongle you plug into your HDMI port on a TV, certain apps used on the tablet have a 'cast' button which tells the dongle what you want to display.. eg use Tablet to select a film on BBC Iplayer or netflix, hit the cast button, the Chromecast then starts displaying the film on the big TV..... all done via your home wifi....but this won't work on your existing Plex (not yet anyway) - if you've got a spare HDMI socket then this may be the simplest workaround for you.
