    Just got the ticket---nothing else
    Are you sure this "not quoting vat" is a viable argument for winning an appeal or to use at a court as a defence!!!

    It can be - no VAT means it's damages, which must be a GPEOL. If they try and claim it's a service charge but without VAT, it lands them in a lot of trouble with HRMC for tax evasion.

    So people are pinning their hopes of , getting a ticket cancelled/a judge dismissing the case/appeal being upheld, because the invoice does not correctly breakdown the vat element of the pcn. Has this happened?
    Seems a slim chance to me
