Shower Door runners

We need some new runners for our sliding doored shower. I don't know the make of the shower and have searched the internet but can't find anything. Any suggestions please?

It is 2 years old, we bought the house from new. We can't contact the housebuilders because they no longer exist.

I think a photo/s is the best bet..so that you can see some detail on the door,runners, handle,that kind of thing.
