Cost of brick built garage?

We have a concrete sectional garage which is in a poor condition. We would like a brick built one approximately 14foot by 14foot. We would like it to have a proper tiled roof. Please could you give me a rough estimate for cost. I live in the Midlands.
Thanks

Additional info needed to give a rough figure:
Flat roof or pitched?
Use existing garage door(s) or new?
Bricks or blocks? Single skin or double skin?
Bricks start at about 25p each but if you want a certain type to match your house then maybe up 50p each.
Electric?

I had a 21ftX12ft one built with UPVC side door and window for £7500 last October in Liverpool by a small local builder.
Single brick matching the house with Electrics - 2 double sockets and 2 flouresant lights.0 -
It will be a pitched roof. New garage door with single skin of bricks. They are to match an extension we had last year so will be the cheaper ones I assume.
Thanks for your help.0
