They do go quickly - a few years ago my daughters were given Easter money in a card from a relative to buy their own eggs. We went out on Easter Monday and they ended up buying boxes of chocs as there was hardly anything left. I thought they got better value but as kids they felt the Easter Bunny had let them down!

Same at my local Sainsburys, they always have lots of their own brand eggs left over. Currently 50p for the small size (I recall they reduced them even further last year towards the end of the week.)

The sweets inside are great too (love the rainbow buttons!)

All the 65p "Easter Chocs" (Creme Eggs, Caramel Eggs, Aero Eggs etc. and Rabbit figures et al) are all down to 32p at my local Morrisons and there were plenty left.

Also the 5 pack of Creme Eggs is now £1.25

There were a limited number of a few other eggs and other goodies that were all half price
