These (and all the other varieties of this size egg with the goodies inside - eg. Cadbury's Caramel, Smarties etc.) were only 75p at Tesco about a month ago - offer was on for 2 or 3 weeks

You had to buy 2 of them at £1.50 and got 2 FREE

SO you got 4 for £3 making them 75p each

They were selling, like most places, just the Creme Eggs themselves for 60p each.
This way they were only 37.5p each AND you got 4 hollow medium chocolate egg as well.

A current Tesco offer I noticed yesterday was ...

... buy 2 of the Creme Egg 5 packs for £2.50

So 10 Eggs for £2.50 - just 25p each

The Creme Egg Easter Egg with 2 x eggs was 99p in Aldi pre Easter..
Waitrose usually reduce their eggs by 50% straight after Easter (Mon or Tues) followed by 75% a couple of weeks later (shop specific)

ALDI started reducing their Easter stuff on Sat which was fab as I got some 49p bunnies to give as presents the next day - ordered some reduced Easter decorations for next year from John Lewis yesterday as well

OH has gone past Thorntons on way to work this morning and has text to tell me that they have eggs reduced from £4 to £1.20 which would be a reduction of 70%. Have checked online and can only find 50% off online so may pop into town and have a look for myself in a while. Be great if they were all 70% off!

Got to Hotel Chocolat one minute after opening; the mall was dead but the store was packed for their 50% off sale.

Managed to get what I wanted but it was selling fast... The member of staff who served me said what they had out was all they had left!

Family circumstances means that we have organized an Easter hunt for next weekend. I was hoping to capitalise on that and buy bits and pieces cheaply. I went into town this morning and found next to nothing, it was like all evidence of Easter had been wiped. I was in M&S yesterday and got some little bags of Easter sweets for half price, thankfully. There were lots there and lots of Hello Kitty eggs too but not reduced. All gone this morning. I can only assume that they sold them off cheaply at the end of yesterday or to staff. Same story in Asda, Smiths, Tesco and most of the pound shops. I did manage to buy some Frozen kinder type eggs in Poundland, 3 for £1 so I suppose I have got something.
