V late and just thinking ahead.

Fri - summer veg pasta from Jamie's 30 minute meals. ( nice and will make again especially as have peas and broad beans in the freezer)

sat - another new recipe. Chicken drumsticks with mango, rice and beans. ( Turned out nice too so another one to do again. Sunday night prep and then cook Monday night would work well.)

Sunday - creamy chicken, courgette and pea pasta

Monday - Vegetable bake with sun dried pesto pasta

    Tuesday - Pork stroganoff

Rest of week need ideas for: pork chops, chicken thighs and drumsticks, chicken breasts, . Thinking morrocean chicken with thighs and drumsticks, stir fry with chicken breasts and pork stroganoff.
