Hmmmm, well i would not have gone with newcastle.

What did she mean second fave not allowed, as in your not allowed to just slap second fave on the form and have to look up the name?

I guess second faves must come in quite often so they try to make things obtuse for people.

Why not gamble online, you can deposit 5 quid with some bookies and usually a withdraw clears within 3 days.

*I think a second goal is on the cards for sunderland.

They said that their rules were clearly on the wall. After mentioning that they'd paid 2.50 out in CASH they proceeded to tell me that they'd investigate and call me back later today. No phone call yet, and the shop will be closing at 6:30pm so unlikely to have any resolution today.

Haha I didn't think so either, too many negatives for us at the moment. It is a good job that I couldn't put on any more money haha.

She simply meant that 2nd favs were not allowed on dogs, but they are accepted on horses.

Wonder how long it'll be before someone comes along moralising about how you spend your money.

Well I phoned customer service again and they basically said:

    - The 2.50 void dog bet was a discretionary cash payment

    - "all money which goes onto the machine must be put back onto your card"

    - It doesn't matter that it was marked as "cashback"

Now that is a direct contradiction to their rules, which are aimed at preventing money laundering. So I have therefore emailed customer support in again and CC'd in the CEO, Andy Hornby, giving 3 working days notice that I require payment of monies (by cheque if I have to) and that if no response then I'll contact IBAS.
