my cash plus probs?

Hi i have recently opened a 'mycashplus' business card account. The balance started at -£49 due to the fee but I have a lot of payments due to come in from customers that will cover this. I've had a client email me on friday to say they've paid their invoice but nothing is showing on my account yet. Im trying not to panic yet as its easter weekend so assuming thats why theres a delay. But I thought faster payments show pretty much straight away..
Checked again today and nothing… I'm a bit concerned as i was due a lot of payments in over last week and nothing is there. I don't want to start chasing clients for payment and then find they have paid but theres a prob with the bank.

I gave the clients the account number and sort code to pay it into so assuming thats all that was needed?
Does anyone else use this banking method and if so have payments into the account from third parties gone ok?

Looks like if the payment arrived after 3.30 on Friday it'll be Tuesday before it's processed (if it was faster payments, not BACS)

thanks, its still not showing today and someone else paid in yesterday by faster payment but thats not there either. I've just put £1 in from my bank by faster payment to see if it shows straight away as its not a working day but nothing. I'm hoping it will all show at some point today but have to say I'm getting pretty worried now as with all my other banking they have always showed immediately. I know all banks are different and this account isn't actually a bank account so hopefully it's just how it is but will all be ok! Gonna be a long wait today….

H'mmm tense. Are you sure they didn't use BACS? That would explain it...

Did you get it sorted? First thing I wondered was if you had paid the £49 fee (or your customer in your case) in time as you only have a few weeks to do it in before they close the account.
