Heidi Pie - recipe?

I went to that new Whole Foods store in Kensington last week. They had loads of things to sample so had a free lunch as I walked round as you do! lol :rotfl: Anyway I tried some Heidi Pie. Enjoyed it so much I would like to make it. Have googled but can't find a recipe. I did find an online pie shop that sells them and from that I can see that it consists of sweet potato, spinach, red onion, roast garlic and goats cheese in shortcrust pasrty. If anyone has a recipe I would be very grateful. They were charging £3.99 for 1 pie!!

Never heard of it but it sounds lovely so I'm watching this thread and hoping someone comes up with the recipe!... don't throw the string away. You always need string!

They are lovely pies. I am not sure if you will find a recipe as they are (I think) unique to Pieminister: http://www.pieminister.co.uk/0

Pieminister was my first thought when I read the phrase 'Heidi Pie'. If you know or remember what ingredients were in it, just experiment until you find something you like. I doubt the recipe is that precise.0 -
Cheers guys. I did find it on pieminster when I googled it after trying it in the Whole Foods Market in London. It was truly delicious so I am going to have a bash myself. Thank you.Boots Card - £17.53, Nectar Points - £15.06 - *Saving for Chrimbo*2015 Savings Fund - £2575.000

Sounds lovely - surprised there are no replies but perhaps
Take 1 Heidi and saute gently
After 20 minutes add half a grandfather
Server over rice or noodle and garnish with 1 large squeeze of goat ?
Sorry - I'll get my coat.

Pieminister have published a book of all their pie recipes so it should be in there. Sainsburys and wait rose also stock them along with other flavours and they about 2.79 - 2.99 each. They truly are THE best pies!0

They sell them along with mash at my local market
they are a Bristol based company. Totally scrummy! Not sure if the Heidi reciepe is in the cook book, but well worth checking it out. 0 -
