Converting video from YouTube

I've got a link that converts/downloads audio which I put onto my mp3 for the gym.

Is it poss to do the same for video - which I will put onto a USB stick or Burn to a DVD.

Purely for my own use, I want to use some of the Pilates demos in the privacy of my own lounge !

Yes, I use http://keepvid.com/ , simple to use and you can pick the format and resolution you want.

Out of that lot, format 18 and format 22 (the last two on the list) are probably good options to use.
So see if your link offers you 640x360 or 1280x720 mp4 files.

It comes down to what video formats and at what resolution your MP3 player will play, it should say at the back of the manual or you could tell us the make and model and I'm sure someone would be able to advise.
