I do need to eat less and more nutritionally, so will start there and I will start tonight with a light exercising regime, focussing on building up my muscles around my knee to help the op go smoothly
After the op of course, I'll be upping my exercise gradually
P.S. I did dig out my bike and overhaul it on Sunday with a short ride, so I have started lol
What works for me, is if you time yourself for a particular route, then try and beat that time, it doesn't have to be outstanding, but it does give you a target to beat next time.Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -

I've just started using Strava, which I think is OK, but I'll check that app out, so thanks.Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -

I dont think its possible to have a net conversion of BTLs into owner homes without having new builds exceed population growth divided by average occupancy rate.
if you disagree what is the reasoning behind that?0 -
I find Strava particularly good. Hard on the battery due to the GPS though.
I found that out to my cost on Tuesday morning as I discovered my mobile completely flat, not only had I forgot to charge it overnight (I can normally get away with that) but using Strava and forgetting to switch off the gps straight afterwards took its toll. At the moment I am using Strava mainly just to measure all my distances, as I've just started using it and my bike computer is broken, and I haven't got around to renewing it yet. Also it isn't always practical to cycle on all my running routes.Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -

He lost that weight due to lack of appetite due to panicking over his excessive HPI.0

We charge between £1,200 and £2,000 per month, I meant tenant's paying for their landlord's pension (not so much how much they pay). We haven't got a problem, as I said, it is going to be great pension income for us (as it is now), in fact spending it isn't going to be that easy, but we'll certainly give it a try. In fact, that is our challenge, to spend it. I certainly don't consider that to be a problem, what pension provision have you made for yourself? We charge between £1,200 and £2,000 per month, I meant tenant's paying for their landlord's pension (not so much how much they pay). I could not be bothered to look for any more examples of which there are many, every post intended to wind a few of you up. There is not an ounce of truth in any of this guys posts, so don't let him get to you :-)
Whatever scenario, whatever policy, whatever the housing market does, even if the Earth was about to be hit by a giant asteroid, the great 73Kg Chuck Norris would come out on top because of his "amazing planning"
In all probability Mr Chuck Norris is one of a handful of types on here who fall into a few category's, he is borrowed to the hilt or more likely he came upon property by chance, inheritance or RTB I guess.
Most people when they have great amazing lives show no anger and just live happy contented lives, they DO NOT spend the vast majority of their lives on an property discussion board trolling and snipping at other people fighting with so much venom to convince you he is happy, why would you if you was "SO HAPPY".
P.S What a shock, he is logged in a ready to go for another day. On a great day like this you would have thought he would be off "cycling, running or swimming", what a guy.
Or meeting "friends" :rotfl: I clocked chucky boy as the wind up/borrowed up that he is on day one, I only respond to the posts for the amusement value.0 -
