Seller not responding after I won item - doesn't want to sell?

Nearly two weeks back I won an auction for a small table at a very good price. The seller had stated in the ad that she could send it by a parcel delivery service, but in the postage section she put "collection only". The problem I have now is that she is not responding to my messages and I cannot pay for the item and add postage since it is listed as collection only. It seems to be impossible for me to send the correct amount without an invoice from her.
I think the lady doesn't want to sell the item after I won the auction because it went for less than £70. I have contacted Paypal and they told me I would be covered by buyer protection if I pay for the item, but that leaves me with the problem of how to arrange the postage fee if she decides she has to send it because she has received the payment for the item.
I don't think Paypal would offer me buyer protection for the postage which could come to £50. If she decided not to send it then I risk losing upto £50 postage. Is there any safe way to pay for the item and postage separately? Would Paypal allow the postage to be added to the transaction at a later date?

Have you requested her details and called the seller rather than just messaging?Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
Yes, I was sent a phone number and address. The number is disconnected so she probably hasn't updated her details, and ebay customer support refused to give me her e-mail address. She has a lot of good feedback, and has been with ebay for a few years.0

Just pay for the item and get a third party carrier to "collect it" and deliver it for youWhen will the "Edit" and "Quote" button get fixed on the mobile web interface?0 -

But wouldnt the buyer need the cooperation of the seller to be able to do this. As op has already stated the seller is not responding to messages.
I agree its a good alternative so long as the seller is willing to play ball.
Op there isnt a lot you can do realistically, except as said above pay via pp and claim inr .0 -

I read it that the seller does not want to get involved in posting but for sure the buyer has no case until they buy (pay for the item)When will the "Edit" and "Quote" button get fixed on the mobile web interface?0 -
It sounds as though either she is having some sort of difficulties atm and cannot attend to her ebay account. You might want to look at her leaving of feedback and placing of other auctions to check on that.
Otherwise she is blanking you as she doesn't want to sell at the price the auction finished at. Sadly, this is not an uncommon occurrence and the seller cannot be forced to sell.
However, you can report them for non performance here: http://contact.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ContactUs&wftype=2016&rcode=IV%25P20073&subject=Seller%20Non-Performance&bcrumb=%20Home%20%3E%20Help%20%3E%C2%A0Rules%20and%20Policies%C2%A0%3E%C2%A0Rules%20for%20Sellers%C2%A0%3E%C2%A0Seller%20Non-Performance&instruction=&expirationDate=
And if you pay them by paypal you can then do an INR claim and get your money back, having left appropriate FB. I believe it as well not to mention raising the INR case, AFAIK this is a reason for the FB to be removed.
Or, this might trigger an apologetic message from the seller explaining that their gerbil has had whooping cough, and now making arrangements to amend the invoice so you can pay for delivery.
