Sounds like they are dealing with it so insurance wise you should be okay, they'll sort you out one way or the other.
Don't kick yourself too hard - an expensive lesson, but nobody was hurt so just move on and learn from your mistake.0 -

What can I say, Emma - don't look back and be depressed - look to the future, this unfortunate incident is just one of life's hassles.
Don't be upset by this accident - have the rest of your refresher lessons, and start planning what car you could buy next to replace the Kia which looks highly likely to be a write off.

I will do, it'll probably be Tuesday when I hear what's going to happen. I've had a lot of rotten luck in the last few years, I'm holding on to a tiny bit of hope that this might go the way I want it to, but as most people have said on here, it's highly unlikely.
